Returns

Designer Ceiling Tile is dedicated to our customer’s 100% satisfaction. We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days of product receipt. It must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Returned product is subject to a 10% restocking charge and customer pays returned shipping cost.

Please note that custom made items and samples are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
